Reminder Purex Laundry Detergent Deal at Walgreens through 8/31

If you have not gotten in on this deal yet, it’s time to head over to Walgreens soon.
Laundry detergent is on the wish list of many rescues and therefore makes a great donation item if you can score it for cheap.
Walgreens currently has Purex laundry detergent buy one get 2 free (you will need their store card in order to get this deal, cards can be obtained free of charge in store)
We also have a coupon: $1/2 Purex Liquid Detergents or Ultrapacks, exp. 9/1/13 (RP 08/04/13 #2). Our stores have these priced at 4.79-5.79
Walgreens per their policy allows us to use coupons on the items that are free with store promotion. So if you can find enough stock a good deal would look like this
Deal idea: Buy 6 Purex = only two will ring up= 2*5.79 = 11.58
use 3x $1/2 Purex Liquid Detergents or Ultrapacks, exp. 9/1/13 (RP 08/04/13)
Final price after Qs 8.58 for 6 or 1.43 each (or as low as 43 cents each if your store is priced at 4.79)
Check with the rescue you support if the have this on their wishlist, most of them do.
The most difficult part is probably to find a Walgreens with six bottles in stock. In case they are out, make sure to get a raincheck so you can get your deal when the product is back in stock.

If you printed these coupons but have not had the time to venture over to Petsmart yet, NOW is the time!
The coupons expire 8/28 and petsmart still has a large selection of toys both for cats and dogs for around $2, making them free or cheap with the printable Petsmart 2/1 coupon.
If you buy the 1.99 toy make sure you have something else in your basket for the overage otherwise the register will not let you go negative and it will be a hassle to check out. Or make sure you have other items in your basket, so the issue does not arise.
In addition to the Toy coupon, the link also contains a 5/1 dog bed, 3/1 leash, 2/1 apparel, 5/1 crate and 2/1 potty pad coupons!

This is where Petso usually publishes their monthly 5/25 coupons and they usually come out with one every month for the second weekend of every month.
Occasionally the link changes when they change the pet in the pic, but that does not happen too often.
The next adoption weekend after that will be Oct 5-6!
Usually the new coupon is up right after the old one expires, but you won’t be able to use beforehand.
Anyways, so make sure you print or bookmark, we will be offering some scenarios once this date come closer!
